Senator Ben Stevens moved and asked unanimous consent that                                          
SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 52(STA) be                                                      
considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final                                 
passage. Without objection, it was so ordered.
